We offer a range of services designed to facilitate professional management and documentation of assets for estate needs. Several of the services are geared toward estate/probate attorneys, trustees, executors, guardians, beneficiaries, and homeowners. The intent is to preserve assets by identifying, documenting, and maintaining them. This often occurs when the estate is in a period of transition or the owners are away for an extended period of time.
Services include:
-Review & Organize Documents
-Safeguard assets, including real property, but both securing it & keeping watch
-Assess the need for maintenance and repair to both improvements to real property and personal property
-Perform necessary or desired maintenance or repair, including basic landscaping, cleaning, and pest control
-Winterize structures as needed
-Supervise and oversee any repair or construction projects undertaken by others
